Project Description

Pressure vessels operate under stress—and failure is never an option. VAIC’s Pressure Vessel Inspection helps you prevent incidents, reduce downtime, and support safe operation with reliable condition assessment and actionable recommendations. We help operators make confident decisions on continued service, repairs, or risk mitigation—backed by strong documentation and experienced inspection expertise.

Inspection technique

We execute structured external and internal inspections (when accessible), combining visual examination, thickness monitoring, and targeted NDT to detect degradation and integrity threats. Our methodology aligns with API 510 (in-service pressure vessel inspection) and, when defects are present, we support decision-making using API 579-1 / ASME FFS-1 Fitness-for-Service principles. Deliverables focus on clear integrity outcomes—repair priorities, monitoring plans, and audit-ready reporting—under strict QHSE controls.
