Project Description
Geometry issues don’t just threaten inspections—they can threaten integrity. VAIC’s pipeline geometry inspection detects deformation such as dents, ovality, buckles, wrinkles, and bending strain so you can act before defects evolve into failures. It’s essential for operators who want safer operation, better maintenance planning, and long-term inspectability of their pipeline system.
Inspection technique
We perform geometry inspection using in-line tools designed to measure and record pipeline shape changes and mechanical deformation. Findings are reported with location and severity to support integrity decisions and repair prioritization. Where pipeline codes apply, results are interpreted within operational expectations typically associated with ASME B31.4 / ASME B31.8 depending on line service. All activities are delivered under strict QHSE controls with traceable reporting.
