Project Description

Piping and pipelines are the lifelines of production—and a common source of leaks, shutdowns, and safety exposure when degradation is missed. VAIC’s Piping & Pipeline Inspection gives you visibility into corrosion, erosion, cracking risk zones, and mechanical damage so you can prioritize maintenance, protect continuity, and prevent costly failures.

Inspection technique

We build inspection programs aligned with API 570 (in-service piping inspection) and relevant ASME piping and pipeline codes depending on the system—such as ASME B31.3 for process piping and ASME B31.4 / B31.8 for pipelines (liquid/gas). We combine visual checks, thickness monitoring, corrosion mapping, and targeted NDT at high-risk locations (elbows, low points, supports, weld zones, insulated areas). Outputs include condition ranking, repair priorities, and monitoring plans—delivered with strict QHSE discipline and traceable reporting.
