Project Description
Coatings are your first barrier against corrosion—and one of the highest-ROI protections you can apply to tanks, piping, vessels, and steel structures. VAIC’s Paint & Coating Inspection service helps you avoid early coating failure, corrosion breakthrough, and expensive rework by verifying quality at every critical stage. We don’t just “check paint”—we protect asset life, improve acceptance, and deliver documentation your client can trust, especially on high-visibility industrial projects where quality and durability matter.
Inspection technique
We control coating quality from surface preparation to final acceptance using disciplined inspection checkpoints: surface readiness, cleanliness, profile, environmental conditions, application control, curing, and final verification. All coating inspections are performed by qualified coating inspectors holding recognized credentials such as CSWIP BGAS (Coating Inspection) and/or AMPP (NACE) Coating Inspector Level II, ensuring consistent interpretation, strong reporting, and credible sign-off. Execution is delivered with a strict QHSE-first approach to protect people, site, and environmental responsibility.
